Master degree theses

The University of Bergamo library system catalogues all pre-reform theses, as well as specialist and master’s theses. Final papers submitted for three-year bachelor’s degrees are not preserved.

You can search for theses in BiGsearch selecting Thesis as the document format.

Availability depends on the year of publication:

  • MICROFICHE format for theses published between 1972 and 2002
  • DIGITAL format for theses published from 2002 onwards

How to consult a thesis

The consultation of a thesis is subject to the authorization granted by the author at the time of publication.

Doctoral Theses

The libraries preserve doctoral theses both in print format (searchable in BiGsearch) and in digital format (searchable in Aisberg).

Starting from the 20th cycle, i.e., the academic year 2004–2005, doctoral theses are available in open access in the Aisberg repository at the link Open Access Doctoral Theses.
