The ILL (Interlibrary Loan) service can obtain material which is not held by the Library, and which is needed for research and study.

How can I request?

You can request books, articles, reports, conference proceedings, as well as other materials.

How to make a request?

You can send your request online. Log in to BiGsearch and go to ILL/DD Request

How many requests can I submit?

You can have active requests of a maximum of 5. Please, check the number of your active ILL requests on My Account of BiGsearch.

How long does it takes?

Straightforward Interlibrary Loan requests, such as articles from major journals, may take only 2-3 working days. The majority of requests take no more than a couple of weeks, however, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within a specific time.

Delivery of Interlibrary Loans

Usually, you can borrow the items for use outside the library. In some cases, the lending library has stipulated that the material must be consulted within the Library, in a secure area.

Contact the Interlibrary loans Department if you have any issues using ILL service or placing request.
